Thermal insulation for metals
Semi-liquid thermal insulation product for industrial applications. Application is carried out by spraying with an Airless piston pump according to the technical instructions provided. Suitable for application on any type of metal (steel, iron, aluminium, etc.). 1 mm thickness is equivalent to approximately 4 cm of insulation of a traditional product such as Rock Wool. An ecological product, anti-condensation, totally non-combustible and long-lasting. Maintenance-free.

Pre-mixed single-component product, based on aggregates and ceramic microspheres with variable grain size.
Description
Nanotechnology product for thermal insulation based on thermal reflectance and low conductivity. Anti-oxidation and anti-condensation product.
Durable and fireproof product.
Applications
Applicable on any type of metal such as steel, iron, aluminium, etc. Suitable for industrial applications.
Examples of applications: containers, silos, tanks, cold rooms, metal sheds, piping etc.
Application method
The product arrives ready. It should be mixed at low speed with a mechanical stirrer. The product is then applied by spraying with piston airless.
One or two coats depending on the thickness to be achieved.
Warnings
Prevent the product from receiving water or rain during application and drying. Close the buckets tightly and keep them in a dry place protected from the weather.
